La Nina? LOL

December 22, 2010 was going to be the only day for us to hunt Archery Mule Deer in December.  Well,  looks like a HUGE storm system has socked in & it’s a doozy!

” VERY LARGE AMOUNTS OF RAINFALL BEGINNING THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING THROUGH WEDNESDAY. QPF  TOTALS OF 3 INCHES OR GREATER DEFINITELY NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION OVER PORTIONS OF LINCOLN/MOHAVE COUNTY BY THE TIME THE STORM LEAVES THE AREA WEDNESDAY NIGHT. DUE TO THE LIKELY PERSISTENT RAINFALL AND  LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL…FLASH FLOOD WATCHES”  NWS Las Vegas Nevada

Huge Rainfall Totals Expected!

La Nina is now looking like El Nino!  Educated Guesses!  This is a warmer storm system which means high snow elevations & perhaps a change in the 2011 Antler Growth Outlook, if we can get a couple of these come January-March!
